Helpful End-of-Semester Hints

As the semester draws to a close, here are a few tips to assist you with your research and final papers.

  • Access electronic resources from home. Whether you’re going a short distance or a long distance over the upcoming holidays, you can access library resources wherever you roam. JSTOR and ARTstor are accessible from anywhere, provided you sign up for a personal account. To register:
    • Go to JSTOR or ARTstor’s homepage using a library computer
    • Click “login” in the top corner
    • Follow the prompts for a new account (and be sure to use your Moore email address!)

Once your account has been set up, you’ll be able to access full-text articles or millions of high-quality images from anywhere.

Find other libraries near youUse libraries all over the region. Connelly Library is a member of the Tri-State College Library Cooperative, allowing you to borrow from and study at any of 45 academic libraries in the Delaware Valley. Check our Google Map for the library closest to you, and be sure to fill out a form at our circulation desk prior to visiting one of these libraries.

Finally, don’t hesitate to ask at the front desk–no question is too big or too small!
