Grad students: see our new acquisitions!

Click to see new library books

The Library's "New Books" Flickr

This summer the library has acquired dozens of new books and DVDs to support Moore’s graduate programs in Fine Arts, Art Education, and Interior Design.  To find featured new materials as they arrive, take a look at our “New Books” Flickr photostream. To see all recent acquisitions, visit the library’s new book shelf located by the circulation desk.

The featured new books on our Flickr are photographed individually, so you can see new items as they become available. The Library blog’s sidebar contains the five most recent titles. Additionally, each photo has a link to the new item’s record in the catalog, making it easy to find the book you are looking at.

We will post new books as they become available, so check back often or subscribe to our Flickr’s RSS feed.

A bust of Sarah Peter watches over students as they research and study at Connelly Library.

Peter founded @moorecollegeart in 1848. It remains the first and only visual arts college for women in the United States. Check out the title "Design for Women: a history of the Moore College of Art" (N330 .P5 M66 1968) to learn more about Peter and the college's history.
