Barnes Museum Virtual Tour

The new Barnes Museum building will be opening on the Parkway in the spring of 2012. Their building in Merion, PA is closed in preparation for the museum’s move. What if you never had the chance to see the world famous collection of impressionist and early modernist works up close and personal? Or if you already miss seeing the works in their original space?

You’re in luck, because The New York Times created an interactive tour of the Barnes which documents the original museum’s interior. Read The Times’ accompanying article here, and enjoy!
