This month, we’re featuring Make Magazine as the journal of the month for December. Make is a popular magazine which publishes bimonthly from Maker Media, Inc. The magazine focuses the innovation of DIY (do-it yourself) projects from woodworking, metals, computers, electronics, and more.

Make Volume 54: December 2016/January 2017 features the testing of desktop fabrication (or 3D Printing). Fifteen experts tested over 40 desktop machines! Make also provides tips on using and selecting these items for purchase. Find out more about their evaluation at, http://makezine.com/comparison/3dprinters/how-we-test/shootout/ .

The magazine also provides tools for skill-building, such as learning to saw precise angles, understanding power tools, and 3D Printing Projects to try. Stop by the library to view this exciting magazine, and browse all other back issues! AML
