Welcome back!

Welcome back! Hope you had a lovely winter break, despite the polar vortex. We have a food and drink policy change in the library:

Beverages with lids and small snacks are permitted in the library’s study areas. Still no food or drink at the computer work stations — but you can park your coffee on top of the picture files. Come find a cozy spot to study!

Jade sorts through damaged journals last week during our recovery.

Alison, Chuck, Elisa and Sharon move library furniture back into place.

The slide room, A/V office, A/V eqipment room, archives and half the computer lab have been closed off for repairs.

At this time you will notice that we are still under construction, and probably will be as such for another two weeks. However, the Library Staff and Library Student Employees are here and happy to assist you with your library research needs! Computer access is limited, so you may need to get to know Moore’s computer labs when all our computers are in use. We do not yet have a new Xerox Machine, so you will need to read your course reserves in the Library, or scan the material and save to your thumb drive (we have one working scanning station right now). The Color Xerox Machine is working, but copies are still $1.00 each. A/V Equipment Chuck's temporary equipment accessible now at the far corner of the Library (in between the Oversized Books and Bound Journals), while Chuck’s office is still under construction. Please see Fran if you would like to utilize the slide collection.

Thanks again for your cooperation while we are recovering from this accident.
