Welcome back! We hope you had a relaxing and productive Summer. We have a few changes in the Library to share with you:

  1. Please note that we will resume normal hours after Labor Day, starting Tuesday 09/02/2014:
  2. Monday-Thursday: 8am to 10pm

    Friday: 8am to 5pm

    Saturday: 8:30am to 4:30pm

  3. Starting this semester you will need to sign/date an AV checkout form each time you borrow laptops, projectors, or smartcarts. We will have these checkout forms at the circulation desk, so you can read, sign, and date while we get your equipment ready.
  4. Stylesight recently merged with Worth Global Style Network and is now called WGSN. Your login information has stayed the same, but their website has been redesigned to provide a customizable homepage, enhanced catwalk content, a suite of design tools, 63,000 prints and graphics, 75,000 usable CAD drawings. To access WGSN you must first register on campus. Follow the link, select “First Time Users” and create an account using your Moore email. If you already have your login information, simply click on “Login” at the top right. Please be aware that you must “reactivate” your account every 90 days from an on-campus computer, many of you will have to do this as you return from summer break. To do this, select “Returning Users” and enter your login credentials.
  5. WGSN Launch
If you have any questions, ask for assistance at the circulation desk, 215-965-4054 or library@moore.edu!

Welcome back!

Welcome back! Hope you had a lovely winter break, despite the polar vortex. We have a food and drink policy change in the library:

Beverages with lids and small snacks are permitted in the library’s study areas. Still no food or drink at the computer work stations — but you can park your coffee on top of the picture files. Come find a cozy spot to study!
